WYSIWYG means "what you see is what you get": the exact coral in the photograph is the exact coral that ships to you. Not a stock image of the species, not a representative sample from a tray of similar frags — that individual colony, with the colouration and the polyp count you can see. For collector pieces and named cultivars, where two frags of the same coral can look genuinely different, this is the only honest way to sell.

Keeping WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get)

Every WYSIWYG photograph on this site is taken under Rapid LED Onyx lighting, and we do not enhance images. What you see on screen is what the coral looks like under comparable reef lighting — no saturation boost, no filters. It is the reason our photos sometimes look less dramatic than other vendors', and we think that is the right trade.

WYSIWYG pieces are one-offs. Once a specific colony sells, that listing is gone for good — so if something catches your eye, it is worth acting on. Local customers can pick up free from our Redding store rather than paying to ship.
